The BM831 from Berex is a High IIP3 GaAs MMIC Mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 0.7 to 1.4 GHz and IF Frequency from 50 to 210 MHz. This high linearity mixer has an integrated LO Amplifier that provides an LO driver from -2 to + 2 dBm. The mixer has an IIP3 of 31.7 dBm and a conversion loss of 8.8 dB. It requires a supply voltage from 3.3 to 5 V. The BM831 is available in a surface mount MSOP 8 package. It can be used in Base stations, Repeaters, Infrastructure/Small Cells for commercial, industrial and military applications.
