The GRF7034 from Guerrilla RF is a Linear Downconverter Mixer with an integrated LO buffer and IF amplifier. The LO/ RF and IF frequencies of this Mixer can be tuned between 0.1 to 5 GHz. It has a conversion gain of 11.8 dB, an SSB noise figure of 8 dB, and an input IP3 of 11 dBm.
The GRF7034 inputs and outputs are single-ended and internally matched to 50 ohms. The mixer has a flexible bias voltage and the integrated LO buffer and IF amplifier are operated from a single positive supply of 3 V. It is available in a 2.0 x 2.0 mm QFN-12 package and is ideal high-linearity receiver applications.
