The MIX2G14G500M6G from Lotus Communication is an active upconverting or downconverting mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 2 to 14 GHz and IF frequency from 0.5 to 6 GHz. It has a conversion loss of 8 dB and an IP3 from 22.8 to 28.2 dBm. This mixer has integrated LO buffer and uses the LTC5549 and LO frequency doubler to reduce the LO frequency by half. It requires 3.3 volts of power supply and is available in a module with SMA (F) connectors.
The mixer is suitable for Microwave Transceivers/Point-to-Point Microwave, Test Instrument, Satellite MODEMs, C, X and Ku Band RADAR, Phased-Array Antennas, and Software Defined Radio/Ham Radio applications.
