The MAMX-011035 from MACOM is a GaAs double balanced passive diode mixer with a LO/RF frequency from 5.5 to 19 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 6 GHz. The mixer has an IP3 of 20 dBm, and a conversion loss of 6 dB. It has LO to RF isolation of 34 dB, LO to IF isolation of over 28 dB, and RF to IF isolation of over 10 dB. This mixer is available in a lead-free 3 mm, 12-lead QFN package. It is ideal for applications such as test and measurement, microwave radios, and radars.
