The MAMX-011036 from MACOM is a double-balanced passive diode mixer with a RF/LO frequency from 8 to 43 GHz. It has a conversion loss of 8.5 dB, high LO to RF isolation of 40 dB, and an input IP3 of 20 dBm across the bandwidth. The mixer is available is available in a 3 mm, 12-lead AQFN package and is ideal for applications such as test and measurement, microwave radios and radars.
