The MAMX-011088-DIE from MACOM is a Passive Double-Balanced Mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 17 to 64 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 20 GHz. It has a conversion loss of less than 10 dB and IP3 of 20 dBm. This mixer provides an LO/RF isolation of 35 dB, an LO/IF isolation of more than 32 dB, and an RF/IF isolation of 25 dB. It has excellent spurious performance across a broad bandwidth and can operate in up and down-conversion mode. This RoHS compliant mixer is available as a wire bondable MMIC chip that measures 1.3 × 1.0 mm and is ideal for test and measurement systems, microwave radio, and radar applications.
