The ML1-0113 from Marki Microwave is a microlithic double balanced mixer available as a wire bondable chip or an SMA connectorized package. It operates from 1.5 to 13 GHz(LO, RF) and DC to 2(IF). It has a conversion loss of 9 dB, an isolation of -20 dB and has a P1dB of 9 dBm. The ML1-0113 is an excellent alternative to Marki Microwave M1 and M3 mixers packaged in drop-in carriers such as the E carrier and ES carrier.
