The ML1-0220 is a Microlithic double balanced broadband mixer that operates from 2 to 20 Ghz . It features a conversion loss of 7 dB, LO-RF Isolation of 40 dB and LO-IF Isolation of 20 dB. Accurate, nonlinear software models are available for Microwave Office through the Marki Microwave PDK. The ML1-0220 is available as a wire bondable chip or in a connectorized package.
