The ML1-0536 is a Microlithic double balanced mixer that operates with a RF/LO Frequency from 6 to 38 GHz and an IF Frequency from DC to 16 GHz. The mixer has a P1dB from 3 to 9 dBm, a conversion loss of 7-9 dB, an Isolation (L-R) of 35 dB and Isolation (L-I) of 20 dB through the band. It is available as a wire bondable chip (0.152 x 0.090 x 0.015) or an SMA connectorized package. The ML1-0536 is an excellent alternative to Marki Microwave M9 mixers packaged in drop-in carriers such as the ES carrier.
