The ML1-0626SM from Marki Microwave is a Surface Mount Microlithic double balanced mixer that operates from 6 GHz to 26 GHz. This double balanced mixer has a conversion loss of 12.5 dB, spurious performance across a broad bandwidth with an OIP3 of 14 to 21 dBm. It is available in a very small lead free, RoHS compliant package compatible with standard leaded and lead-free solder reflows. SMA connectorized evaluation packages are available.
