The ML1-1040 is a Microlithic double balanced mixer that operates with a RF/LO Frequency from 10 to 40 GHz and an IF Frequency from DC to 16 GHz. The mixer has a P1dB from 3 to 9 dBm, a conversion loss of 8-11 dB, an Isolation (L-R) of 43 dB and Isolation (L-I) of 20 dB through the band. It is available as a wire bondable chip (0.152' x 0.090' x 0.010') or an SMA connectorized package. The ML1-1040 is an excellent alternative to Marki Microwave M9 mixers packaged in drop-in carriers such as the ES carrier.
