The MM1-0115H from Marki Microwave is a GaAs MMIC Double-Balanced Mixer with an RF/LO frequency of 1 to 15 GHz and an IF Frequency from DC to 2.5 GHz. It works well as both an up and down converter through the Ku band. The mixer has a conversion loss of 7.5 dB and a noise figure of 7.5 dB. It provides LO to RF isolation of 50 dB, LO to IF isolation of 22 dB and an RF to IF isolation of 34 dB. This mixer is available in a connectorized module with SMA connectors (also available as a die). It is ideal for test & measurement equipment, SATCOM, radar, and electronic warfare applications.
