The MM1-0832LSM is a double balanced mixer from Marki Microwave with an RF/LO frequency from 8 to 32 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 12 GHz. This high-frequency X-band GaAs MMIC mixer works well as both an up and down converter. This mixer has a low conversion loss of 8.5 dB and high LO to RF isolation of 36 dB at low LO powers. The MM1-0832LSM is available in a 3 x 3 mm QFN package and is ideal for 5G, Satcom, Electronic Warfare and Test & measurement applications.
