MM1-1040HPSM Image

The MM1-1040HPSM from Marki Microwave is a GaAs MMIC Double-Balanced Mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 10 to 40 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 10 GHz. It has a conversion loss of 9 dB, a noise figure of 7 dB, and a P1dB of 11 dBm. The mixer provides LO to RF isolation of 45 dB, LO to IF isolation of 24 dB, and an RF to IF isolation of 45 dB. It works well as an up/down converter and is optimized for high-frequency applications. The MM1-1040HPSM is available in a QFN package that measures 3 x 3 mm and is compatible with standard leaded and lead-free PCB reflow soldering processes. It is ideal for test and measurement equipment, electronic warfare, 5G, and SATCOM applications.

This mixer achieves optimal performance by pairing with Marki Microwave's AMM series of broadband mmWave LO driver amplifiers. Evaluation boards are available on request.
