The MM1-1453HSM from Marki Microwave is a GaAs MMIC Double-Balanced Mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 14 to 53 GHz and an IF frequency from 0 to 22 GHz. It works well as both an up and down converter in the K/Ka-band and is suitable for moderate power applications that demand high linearity.
