The MM1A-0330HPSM from Marki Microwave is a Double Balanced Mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 3 to 30 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 5 GHz. This mixer has an integrated broadband LO driver amplifier that allows for operation with LO powers as low as -2 dBm while retaining exceptional conversion loss and linearity. It can handle an input power of 10 dBm and has a conversion loss of less than 7.5 dB. This double-balanced mixer has a noise figure of 7 dB and provides an RF to IF isolation of 33 dB. It is available in a surface-mount QFN package that measures 6 x 6 mm and is suitable for applications such as test and measurement equipment, SATCOM, radar, and Low LO drive applications.
