The MM1A-0832HPSM from Marki Microwave is a Double Balanced Mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 8 to 32 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 12 GHz. The mixer has an integrated broadband LO driver amplifier that allows for operation with LO powers as low as -6 dBm while retaining exceptional conversion loss and linearity. This mixer can handle an input power of 25 dBm and has a conversion loss of less than 14 dB. It has a noise figure of 9 dB and provides an RF to IF isolation of 39 dB. It is available in a surface-mount QFN package that measures 3.0 x 4.6 mm and is suitable for applications such as test and measurement equipment, SATCOM, radar, and 5G applications.
