The MM1A-1855HPSM from Marki Microwave is a Double Balanced Mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 18 to 55 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 21 GHz. It has an integrated LO amplifier and a minimum LO drive of +4 dBm. This mixer has a conversion loss of less than 15 dB, a noise figure of 9 dB, and provides an RF to IF isolation of 38 dB. It requires a DC supply from 3 to 3.5 V and consumes less than 300 mA of current. This mixer is available in a QFN package that measures 3.0 x 4.6 mm and is ideal for use in test and measurement equipment, SATCOM, radar, and 5G applications.
