The MM2-0530HSM from Marki is a passive GaAs MMIC triple-balanced mixer which has an LO/RF frequency from 5 to 30 GHz and IF frequency from 2 to 20 GHz. It provides a P1dB of 15 dBm and port-to-port isolation of 35 dB. The mixer's wide frequency band covers X/Ku/K bands and has excellent spurious suppression and unit-to-unit repeatability. It is available in a surface mount 4 x 4 mm QFN package, as bare die, or in a high performance connectorized module.
