MMIQ-0218H Image

The MMIQ-0218H from Marki Microwave is a low LO drive, GaAs MMIC IQ Mixer with RF/LO frequency range from 2 to 18 GHz and IF frequency range from DC to 3 GHz. It provides an image rejection of 35 dB, has a noise figure of 10.5 dB and a conversion loss of 7.5 dB. The mixer has an LO-RF isolation of 53 dB, LO-IF isolation of 26 dB and RF-IF isolation of 36 dB. It has an input IP3 of up to 25 dBm and P1dBm of up to 13 dB.

The MMIQ-0218H is available both as a die and connectorized module with the die measuring 4.13 x 2.28 mm and connectorized module measuring 20.32 x 20.32 x 9.36 mm with SMA Female connectors.. It is suitable for applications such as Single Side Band & Image Rejection Mixing, IQ Modulation/Demodulation, Vector Signal Modulation/Demodulation and Band Shifting.
