The MMIQ-0218LSM from Marki Microwave is a GaAs MMIC I/Q Mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 2 to 18 GHz and IF frequency from DC to 3 GHz. It provides an image rejection of 27 dB, has a conversion loss of 8 dB, and input IP3 of up to 18 dB. The mixer provides LO-RF isolation of 58 dB, LO-IF isolation of 28 dB, and RF-IF isolation of 36 dB. It is available in a QFN surface mount package that measures 6 x 6 mm and is suitable for applications such as Single Side Band and Image Rejection Mixing, IQ Modulation/Demodulation, Vector Amplitude Modulation, and Band Shifting.
