MMIQ-0416H Image

The MMIQ-0416H from Marki Microwave is a GaAs MMIC IQ Mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 4 to 16 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 6 GHz. This ultra-broadband mixer provides exceptional sideband suppression and LO to RF isolation while offering high linearity performance. It provides an LO to RF isolation of 59 dB, an LO to IF isolation of 40 dB, and an RF to IF isolation of 29 dB. The mixer requires a LO Driver power from 14 to 22 dBm, has a conversion loss of less than 15 dB, and a noise figure of 12 dB. It has an amplitude balance of 0.6 dB, a phase balance of 4°, and provides 29 dB of image rejection.

The MMIQ-0416H is available in a surface-mount QFN package that measures 4 x 4 mm and is ideal for single-sideband & image rejection mixing, IQ modulation/demodulation, vector amplitude modulation, band shifting, quantum computing, and communication applications.
