MMIQ-0416HSM Image

The MMIQ-0416HSM from Marki Microwave is a high linearity, passive GaAs MMIC IQ mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 4 to 16 GHz, and an IF frequency from DC to 6 GHz. This broadband mixer has a low conversion loss of 8.5 dB and high LO to RF isolation of 51 dB at low LO powers. It provides up to 40 dB of image rejection due to the excellent phase and amplitude balance of an on-chip LO quadrature hybrid. This RoHS-compliant mixer is available in a 4x4 mm QFN package and is ideal for Single Side Band & Image Rejection Mixing, IQ Modulation/Demodulation, Vector Amplitude Modulation and, and Band Shifting applications.
