MMIQ-0416L Image

The MMIQ-0416L from Marki Microwave is a GaAs MMIC IQ Mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 4 to 16 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 6 GHz. It has a conversion loss of 9 dB, a noise figure of 12 dB and provides image rejection of 28 dBc. The mixer provides LO to RF isolation of 58 dB, LO to IF isolation of 40 dB and an RF to IF isolation of 30 dB. It has an amplitude balance of 0.2 dB and a phase balance of 3°. This mixer is available in a module with SMA-female connectors and is ideal for single side band & image rejection mixing, IQ modulation/demodulation, vector amplitude modulation, band shifting, and quantum computing and communication applications.
