The MMIQ-1040HSM-2 from Marki Microwave is a Passive GaAs MMIC IQ Mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 10 to 40 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 10 GHz. This mixer provides exceptional sideband suppression and LO to RF isolation while offering high linearity performance. It provides an LO to RF isolation of 40 dB, LO to IF isolation of 50 dB, and an RF to IF isolation of 45 dB. The mixer can handle an input power of up to 10 dBm and has a conversion loss of less than 16 dB. It has an amplitude balance of 0.2 dB, a phase balance of 5°, and provides an image rejection of up to 35 dBc. This IQ Mixer is available in a surface-mount QFN package that measures 4 x 4 mm and is ideal for single-sideband & image rejection mixing, IQ modulation/demodulation, vector amplitude modulation, band shifting, and 5G band support applications.
