The MT3-0113SCQG is a GaAs triple balanced MMIC mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 1.5 to 13 GHz and IF frequency from 0.01 to 13 GHz. The mixer provides a high dynamic range, has a conversion loss of 8.5 dB and LO-RF isolation of 40 dB. This mixer provides excellent non-linear performance in terms of IIP3, P1dB and spurious performance with a flexible LO drive requirement from 22 to 30 dBm. It is available in a surface-mount package, or in an SMA connectorized evaluation module and is suitable for Up/down conversion applications.
