The MT3L-0113HSM from Marki Microwave is a GaAs triple balanced MMIC mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 1.5 to 13 GHz and IF frequency from 0.25 to 5 GHz. The mixer has a conversion loss of 8.5 dB, LO to RF isolation of 39 dB and a high dynamic range. It is available as both a wire bondable die and a connectorized module. This mixer is ideal for S/C/X band radar, test and measurement applications.
