The T3-1040 from Marki Microwave is a high linearity, triple balanced MMIC mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 10 GHz to 40 GHz and IF frequency from 1 to 18 GHz. The mixer features an excellent conversion loss, IIP3, P1dB, and spurious performance with a flexible LO drive requirement from +13 dBm to +25 dBm. It is available as a drop-in style package or as a 2.92 mm connectorized module.
