The MDB-653H-D+ from Mini-Circuits is a Double Balanced Mixer with an RF/LO frequency range from 20 to 65 GHz and an IF frequency range from DC to 20 GHz. It has an LO power level of 15 dBm and has a conversion loss of less than 13.4 dB. This mixer provides an LO-RF isolation of 45 dB, LO-IF isolation of up to 48 dB, and RF-IF isolation of 34 dB. It is fabricated using InGaP HBT technology and can be used as both an up and down converter. The mixer is available as a bare die that measures 1386 x 838 µm and is ideal for use in satellite up and down converters, defense radar & mmWave communication, WiGig, 5G, and ISM applications.
