The DB0218MW2-R from L3Harris Narda-MITEQ is a Double-Balanced Mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 2 to 18 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 750 MHz. It has a conversion loss of less than 6.5 dB and a single-sideband noise figure of less than 9 dB. This mixer provides an LO-RF/RF-IF isolation of 30 dB and an LO-IF isolation of 20 dB. It is constructed using a balanced diode quad fed by microstrip RF and LO baluns and a DC-coupled IF structure. The mixer is available in a hermetically sealed module that measures 0.80 x 0.59 x 0.28 inches with SMA-female connectors and is ideal for utility testing and breadboard applications.
