The DM0208HA1 from Miteq is a double balanced mixer with a DC-coupled IF structure. It has an RF/LO frequency from 2 to 8 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 2 GHz. It provides for high inherent reliability and isolation, and performs as an up- or down-converter covering most EW bands and communication applications. It is available in hermetic packaging with medium or high forward voltage diodes (M, H) yielding proportional changes in LO power and spurious performance.
