The TB0250LW1 from L3 Narda-Miteq is a triple balanced mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 2 to 50 GHz, an IF frequency from 400 MHz to 50 GHz. It has a conversion loss of under 18 dB, and LO/RF isolation of 25 dB. The mixer has an LO power of 10 to 16 dBm with a P1dB of 5 dBm and IP3 of 15 dBm. It can be used for commercial, military and industrial cellular system applications. The TB0250LW1 is available in a module with 2.4 mm - female field replaceable connectors.
