QPX0002 Image

The QPX0002 from Qorvo is an I/Q Mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 2.5 to 15 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 1 GHz. It provides an image rejection of 23 dB, an LO to RF isolation of 45 dB, and an LO to IF isolation of 25 dB. The MMIC mixer utilizes two double balanced mixer cells and a 90° internal hybrid. An external 90° IF hybrid is required to complete the image rejection or sideband suppression. It can be configured as an image reject mixer, a single sideband upconverter, or a QPSK modulator/demodulator.

The QPX0002 is available in an air-cavity, surface-mount package that measures 4.0 x 4.0 x 1.2 mm and is suitable for applications such as image reject down-conversion, single-sideband modulation, low noise receiver systems, phase detection, electronic warfare, and QPSK modulation/demodulation.
