Skyworks SKY73208-11 is a fully integrated wideband receive downconverter that includes a high linearity mixer and a complete Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO), synthesizer, and Local Oscillator (LO) chain. A low loss RF balun has also been included to reduce design complications and to lower system cost. The SKY73208-11 features a 3rd Order Input Intercept Point (IIP3) of +26 dBm and a Noise Figure (NF) of 14 dB, which make the device an ideal solution for high dynamic range systems such as 2G/3G base station receivers.
