The SGS-5-17 from Synergy Microwave is a double-balanced mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 3 to 19 GHz and an IF Frequency from DC to 4 GHz. This surface mount mixer has a conversion loss of 7.5 dB, LO Power of 17 dBm and LO/RF Isolation of over 15 dB and RF/IF Isolation of over 7 dB. The mixer can handle an input RF power of up to 100 mW. It is available in a surface-mount package with the ports matched to 50 Ohms.
