The SLD-K1 from Synergy Microwave is a source mount double balanced mixer with an RF frequency 0.5 to 500 MHz and IF frequency from DC to 500 MHz. The mixer has a conversion loss of less than 7 dB and a high LO/RF and LO/IF Isolation. It has an LO power of 7 dBm and a P1dB of 1 dBm. The mixer has good IF matching and low conversion loss ripple. It can be used for narrow band and broadband up/down conversion applications.
