The AD-USB8AR36G from Adaura Technologies is an 8-Channel Programmable RF Attenuator that operates from 5 to 6000 MHz. It provides an attenuation range from 0 to 95 dB with 0.25 dB step size and has a switching speed of 520 ns. The attenuator can handle an input power of 28 dBm and has an interchain isolation of greater than 100 dB.
This programmable attenuator has USB and Ethernet interfaces which allow easy implementation into the most modern of test setups by allowing network control via HTTP web interface or direct Telnet while the USB port powers the device and allows for serial and HID communication. Optional Power Over Ethernet (POE) functionality is also possible. The attenuator can be controlled via a website that can easily be accessed across a network without requiring the installation of any desktop applications. It is compatible with any platform or system capable of running a web browser.
