ADRF5740 Image

The ADRF5740 from Analog Devices is a Silicon 4-bit Digital Attenuator that operates from 10 MHz to 60 GHz. It provides an attenuation range of 22 dB (in 2 dB steps) and has an insertion loss of less than 4.4 dB. The attenuator can handle an input power of 24 dBm and requires a dual supply voltage of +3.3 and -3.3 V.

The ADRF5740 has an integrated driver that provides parallel mode control of the attenuator array and features CMOS and low voltage transistor to transistor logic (LVTTL) compatible controls. Its ports are matched to 50 ohms. This RoHS compliant attenuator is available in a 16-terminal LGA package that measures 2.5 x 2.5 mm and is ideal for industrial scanners, cellular infrastructure: 5G millimeter wave, military radios, radars, Electronic Counter Measures (ECMs), microwave radios & very small aperture terminals (VSATs) and test & instrumentation applications.
