The 50P-2070 from JFW Industries is a Solid-State Relay Programmable Attenuator that operates from 30 to 3000 MHz. It provides an attenuation of up to 63.75 dB with a step size from 0.25 to 32 dB and has an attenuation accuracy of ±1.00 dB. This attenuator can handle an input power of up to +33 dBm, has an insertion loss of less than 4.5 dB, and a switching speed of less than 4 µs. It requires a DC supply of +5 V and consumes 2 mA of current.

The 50P-2070 can be controlled via a TTL interface. Each of the attenuation steps has a corresponding TTL control line. This attenuator has eight TTL control lines; a TTL high signal will turn on an attenuation step, while a TTL low signal will turn off an attenuation step. This programmable attenuator is available in a module that measures 2.50 x 2.50 x 0.48 inches and has SMA (female) connectors.
