The 50P-2107 from JFW Industries is a Solid-State Programmable Attenuator that operates from 200 to 8400 MHz. It provides an attenuation of up to 63 dB with step sizes from 0.5 to 32 dB and has an attenuation accuracy of ±1.00 dB. This attenuator can handle an input power of +24 dBm, has an insertion loss of less than 4.2 dB, and a switching speed of less than 1 µs. It requires a DC supply of +5 V and consumes 2 mA of current.
This attenuator can be controlled via a USB interface and is provided with JFW’s software (Microsoft .NET 4.0+/Windows Vista or greater) that allows control of multiple attenuators.
