The PE4312 is a 6 Bit RF digital step attenuator that operates from 1 MHz to 4 GHz and has an attenuation range of 31.5 dB. It is based on Peregrines UltraCMOS SOI process enabling it to deliver high linearity and excellent harmonic performance. The attenuator has 0.5 dB step sizes and is available in a 20-lead 4 x 4 mm QFN package. It has been designed for use in 3G/4G wireless infrastructure applications.
