The QVA Series from QuinStar Technology are PIN Diode-based Variable Attenuators that operate from DC to 50 GHz. They provide attenuation of 20/40 dB and have an insertion loss of less than 4 dB. These attenuators can handle an input power of up to 1 W (~30 dBm) and require a control voltage from 0 to -5 V. They are available in modules with 2.92 mm/2.4 mm connectors and are ideal for signal-level control, amplitude modulation, and test and measurement applications.
