The AG-Q000-HD from UMCC is a Digitally Controlled PIN Attenuator that operates from 6 to 12 GHz. This 8-bit attenuator provides an attenuation of up to 60 dB with an LSB of 0.25 dB and has a settling time of 500 ns. It has an insertion loss of less than 2.5 dB and a VSWR of under 1.5:1. This attenuator can handle up to 20 dBm of average/peak power. It operates over a DC supply voltage from 12 to 15 V and consumes up to 60 mA of current.

This 50-ohm attenuator can be controlled by an 8 Bit Positive Binary TTL driver. It is available in a module that measures 2.30 x 1.60 x 0.50 Inches with SMA (F) connectors. This attenuator is ideal for both military and commercial applications.
