The AG-Q000-HV from UMCC is a Voltage Controlled PIN Attenuator that operates from 6 to 12 GHz. It provides attenuation of up to 60 dB which can be controlled by a voltage range from 0 to 6 V, where each 1 V rise results in 10 dB of attenuation. The device has an insertion loss of less than 2.5 dB and a VSWR of under 1.5:1. It can handle up to 20 dBm of average/peak power. The attenuator operates over a DC supply voltage from 12 to 15 V and consumes up to 60 mA of current. This 50-ohm attenuator is available in a module with SMA female connectors.
