The ADRF6720 is a wideband Quadrature Modulator with an integrated Fractional-N PLL and VCO. This device is ideal for 3G and 4G communication systems. A local oscillator signal from 356.5 MHz to 2855 MHz can be generated internally via the on-chip integer-N and fractional-N synthesizer. Alternatively a high frequency LO signal can be generated externally. The ADRF6720 is available in a 40-lead 6 x 6 mm package which is RoHS compliant.
