The HMC1197LP7FE from Hittite is a direct quadrature modulator with a fractional-N PLL & VCO that operates from 100 MHz to 4000 MHz. It has excellent carrier & sideband suppression and high modulation accuracy. The modulator has low phase noise of -110 dBc/Hz and provides high output power of 10.5 dBm. It is available in 48-lead QFN package that measures 7 x 7 mm. The HMC1197LP7FE is ideal for multiband/multi-standard cellular BTS diversity transmitters, fixed wireless or WLL and multiband base stations & repeaters applications.
