The BMA0104LA1MD from L3Harris Narda-MITEQ is a Bi-Phase Frequency Modulator that provides an RF output from 1 to 4 GHz. It has a modulation bandwidth from DC to 1 GHz and a bi-phase accuracy of ±1°.
