The AM0260A from Polyphase Microwave is a Quadrature Modulator that operates from 0.2 to 6.0 GHz. It has a LO leakage of -50 dBm and an input IP3 (IIP3) of 32 dBm. The modulator has a conversion loss of 7 dB and provides sideband suppression of -45 dBc. It has an LO input power range from -10 to 10 dBm without the need for an external LO source.
