The IDTF1650 from IDT is a Zero/Complex IF modulator with an RF frequency range from 600 to 2400 MHz. The modulator is based on IDT’s Zero-Distortion technology which lowers power consumption and provides a better ACLR at high IP2 and IP3. It interfaces directly to a Tx DAC.
