The SFM Series from SAGE is a range of MMIC based single side band modulators that operate from 18 GHz to 110 GHz. They are offered in seven common waveguide bands and have a conversion loss up to 16 dB with image rejection of 20 dB. These modulators can be used in phase detector, ranging radar systems, communication systems and test instrumentation applications.
